Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for the company's strategic management, organizing and formulating the company's medium and long-term (3-5 years) strategic planning, establishing and improving the company's strategic management system and management process.

• Responsible for organizing and guiding the strategic business units and functional centers to decompose the annual strategic objectives, supervising and serving the strategic planning implementation process.

• Responsible for performance management, establishing a performance appraisal system in line with the company's development strategy at this stage, assessing the implementation of the performance evaluation system, and ensuring that the performance system is carried out effectively.

• Responsible for the investigation and research of national, provincial, municipal and district industrial structure adjustment direction. Establish industry data and policy information base.

• Responsible for organizing market research and competitor analysis in advance of new business expansion, and completing special research and analysis reports.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor degree.

• More than 8 years of strategic planning work experience or more than 6 years of work experience in research and consulting organizations. Possess advanced modern enterprise management concepts. Hands-on experience in enterprise transformation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, writing skills, communication skills, and execution skills. Possess a holistic view.

• Ability to use Office software proficiently. excellent PPT skills.
