Sales Manager

Essential Responsibilities

• Develop and own sales strategy, lead cross-function teams to identify/chase the opportunities, close projects delivery;

• Own the Sales, Margin and Orders Operating Plan;

• Understand the big picture of customers and their projects, dig out customers’ pain points, working with teams to develop specific value solutions for the customers;

• Own the business relationship with customers at all levels;

• Own customer satisfaction and work with different departments in the business to drive solutions for product issues;

• Identify opportunities to drive business growth in the new energy market;

• Understand and analyze market trends to recommend product strategy to leadership team.


Qualifications/Requirements

• Strong accountability and self-starter, strong capability to deliver what he/she committed;

• Open to learn and open to change, demonstrate the willingness to walk out from its comfortable zone;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electric Engineering or related.


Desired

• Demonstrated knowledge of market, products and services in power industry;

• Proven commercial and sales experiences in closing complex contractual agreements;

• Strong communication skills and proven ability to effectively lead multi-functional teams;

• Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs;

• High proficiency in utilizing analytical software and sales tools (SFDC, Excel, etc.).
