Broad Fuel Experience

Inheriting experiences in the manufacturing of large-capacity and high-parameter boilers from ALSTOM and GE, we have accumulated rich experiences in manufacturation of materials for different codes and grades.

The types of materials include 20G, P265GH, SA210C, 15CrMo, 12Cr1MoV, T12, T22, 13CrMo4-5, WB36, T23, T24, T/P91, T/P92, TP304, TP347, Super304, HR3C, R617, Inconel625 etc.

The types of plates for Drums and Vessels include SA299, SA387 Gr12, SA387 Gr22, SA516Gr70, Q345B, BHW35 etc.

Inner Shot Peening in work shop for stainless steel pipe with OD<60mm.

External shot peening for cleaning the surface of carbon steel and alloy steel materials.

Comprehensive Welding Technology include: Straight pipe butt TIG welding, Small pipe butt rail welding, Pipe panel SAW, Header butt SAW, Header nipple inner hole welding; Header nipple Robotic welding, Narrow gap SAW for thick plate etc., as well as Arc welding, Argon Arc welding, Gas welding etc.

Heat Treatment Equipments include 12m, 24m, 36m gas furnace, 24m side loading gas furnace, Local annealing furnace, Solid melting heat treatment circuit, etc. for various large vessel, pipe, headers and pipe panel.

Various heat treatments such as normalizing, tempering, annealing, solid melting and so on according to the process.

Hot rolling capacity for steel plate with thicnkess up to 350~400mm.

S queeze bender and CNC bender for pipe with OD from 25mm to 25m.
